Returns and Exchanges


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to return or exchange it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain return authorization.


Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.


Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return or refund:


  • Custom or personalized orders
  • International orders
  • Items returned damaged or not in their original condition


Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide photos of both the item and the packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
